This year, Once Upon a Child and The Herald-Times are teaming up to award one lucky family for their cutest kid’s picture of the holiday season.  The contest is free to enter and the winner will be decided upon with online voting for readers and Facebook fans of The Herald-Times.  Upon completion of the contest, the child with the most votes will receive a $50 gift card to use at Once Upon a Child in Bloomington.
